    We will meet with you for an onsite consultation and walkthrough. Following this, a formal quote will be sent detailing the work to be undertaken.

    To make sure everything is covered and to address any issues you may have, we will go over the quote with you. 


    As an additional service, you may request landscape concept plans. This is useful to help you further visualise your design with digital imagery if required.

    We will estimate the potential start date for your project, finalising the details with you around 1 week after consultation. When the time comes around, we’ll be there to commence work on your landscaping project.

  • What does your consultation include?

    Our initial onsite consultation typically takes 30 minutes, depending on the size and scope of the project. During this time, we'll listen to your concerns and discuss what your goals and ideas  are for the space. 


    Following our initial meeting, we will provide a formalised quote outlining the work to be undertaken and recommendations based on what was discussed during our consultation.

  • What are the next steps after consultation?

    • Carefully read the quote you are sent before signing and sending it back via email. 
    • A contract will be prepared once the quote has been accepted, specifying any deposits required, start and end dates.
    • We will then attend your property on the appointed date to get started on your project.

  • Do you offer any warranties?

    For structural components that we install, we offer a 12-month warranty. Additionally, we receive 7-year home warranty insurance as part of our employment.

  • How much does landscaping cost?

    We understand that every job is different and is priced accordingly. Our team will be happy to provide you with a free consultation to get started on an accurate cost of your project.
