    Our initial onsite consultation typically takes 30 minutes, depending on the size and scope of the project. During this time, we'll listen to your concerns and discuss what your goals and ideas  are for the space.


    Following our initial meeting, we will provide a formalised quote outlining the work to be undertaken and recommendations based on what was discussed during our consultation.

  • Are there any additional fees associated with the pricing and quote?

    When it comes to quotes and pricing, we don't charge for providing a quote. We understand how important it is to have an accurate budget before beginning a project, so we take the time to go through each job thoroughly in order to provide you with an accurate quote.


    When it comes to projects that require building approval, concept plans, engineering, or other documentation, there is a fee associated with obtaining the documentation and lodging them with our building certifier. We like to discuss the price prior to commencing any work, so that all parties involved are on the same page.


    For example, if retaining walls are over 1 metre high, they will require council approval, and the same applies if you're looking at constructing a deck that is over 10 m2 in size.

    We also perform "Dial Before You Dig" (DBYD) services prior to starting any work, as this allows us to gain information about underground infrastructure that may be present in your area. This helps us ensure the safety of everyone involved, while also ensuring there are no delays in completing your project due to unexpected obstacles such as gas pipes or electricity cables.

  • Do you take any waste material or fill away with you?

    We can arrange to remove any leftover fill from your site, however tipping fees apply. The cost can vary based on the volume removed.


    Alternatively if you provide us with skip bins, we can load waste materials into there.

  • Do you do 3D landscape designs, digital images, or visual plans for the area for the earthworks project?

    Our team of experienced draftsmen can provide 3D landscape designs that show in-depth details about the project and its environment.


    For digital images and visual plans, we can create high quality visuals that accurately depict the area and how it might look once completed. These visuals can include features such as lighting effects, texturing, and other elements that help bring the project to life.
